Pneumatic Pipe Plugs are used for Sealing of Pipes in which higher backpressure appear and therefore cannot be sealed with ordinary plugs. These Plugs are available in Multi Sizes, all equipped with eyebolts as well as quick action couplings for inflation and deflation. Plugs are Re-inforced with kelvar cord. Special Re-inforcement on the upper and lower part of a Plug enables work with High Pressure. PIPE PLUGS (Above 600mm DIA) Superior Plug surface Pattern, proper choice of Rubber compound. Rayon-Kelvar re-inforcement, suitable length, low weight, excellent sealing ability and corrosive components, a wide rang of sizes and guaranteed safety at work are properties united at SAVA PLUGY and PLUGSY Plugs. All Plugs are equipped are equipped with quick action coupling for inflation, Larger sizes have two couplings installed. The size and number of eyelet bolts depend on the plug size. Plugs can be inserted through gullies of size 600 x 600mm and since they are flexible, they can easily be bent at an angle up to 90 Degree. These all-purpose plugs are used for sealing and testing of pipeline tightness with air or water. Multi-size plugs are stretchable therefore only a few plugs are required to cover pipelines of different diameters. |
