Working pressures from 400 to 2500 bar (5800 to 36250 PSI)
Airports throughout the world are plagued by the inevitable build-up of rubber, which is deposited from the tyres of landing aircraft. The level of deposit and speed of build-up varies depending on factors such as frequency of landings and impact force, which in itself depends upon the landing approach angle as dictated by the geography.
Today, high-pressure water is used to remove rubber from some of the world’s busiest airports. These deposits are potentially lethal, particularly during periods of heavy rain and must be regularly removed. Where equipment is used, it can conscious climate is proving to be a standard specification.
The “Rubber Removal Unit” provides an economical and environmentally sensitive way of rejuvenating the friction co-efficient without causing damage to the surface.
Applications
· Rubber removal at up to 2000 m2 per hour. · Line and marking removal · Oil and fuel oil spill recovery · Surface and foul water drain cleaning
